Job Description
We are hiring for Post Sales Profile for Real Estate organization.
We require post sales background from real estate sector. 35 years of experience in a similar role with a mandatory background in Real Estate
Collaborate with other internal functions to address critical customer queries and concerns.
Foster effective communication and coordination to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks related to postsales activities up to the handover stage.
- Demonstrate significant experience in giving possession and handing over residential flats.
- Stay responsible for providing regular project updates to customers.
- Issue timely payment reminders and manage paymentrelated matters.
- Address cancellations and oversee complaint resolution processes.
Salary : 4L to 5L (Annual CTC)
Note: It can be negotiate for right candidates.
