About Company ShopDeck (previously NuShop):
Founded by IITB 14 Alumnus backed by Chiratae Ventures Elevation Capital and Venture Highway in $11M SeriesB funding ShopDeck is growing fast and solving problems in the Indian D2C market by helping ecommerce sellers easily create and scale their online stores and sell D2C (Direct to consumer) profitably.
We envision that apart from selling on Marketplaces (AZ/FK etc.) there is a huge potential for existing online sellers to generate sizeable revenues from their website/app but are unable to do so due to a lack of expertise in website building digital marketing and fulfillment logistics. ShopDeck s Software and services model helps fulfill this exact gap.
What we re looking for;
We are looking for enthusiastic folks to join us as Profitability Associate Manager (PAM). You will be primarily responsible for owning and driving short and mediumterm plans for performance enhancement of an account from scratch like analyzing breaking down and solving performance issues. If you are interested in gaining steep growth and solving a wide variety of exciting problems then this is the perfect place for you.

CTC: Best in the market incentives

Joining: Immediate to 15 days

You will directly be working with the founding members of the company.
What your daytoday looks like:
Analyse break and solve performance issues on multiple accounts
Build a short and mediumterm plan for performance enhancement of an account
Collect their insights from accountlevel troubleshooting and share them to help improve our internal frameworks
Requirements:

Should have strong analytical presentation and communication skills.
Should be motivated to brainstorm and drive actions with discipline
Should be resultoriented and problem solver.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
13 years of experience in an MNC / Startup environment or any reputed organization.
Pass out from Tier1 (IIT Bits NIT s) Tier2 MBA college or any premium college.
Ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly.
Strong communicator verbal and written skills.
Proficient in analytical skills and strong data interpretation
