Job Description

Roles/Responsibilities:
The Accountant and Operations Executive role and responsibilities will include and is not
restricted to the following.
Payment processing
Maintain Bank book and Petty cash
Invoicing and collections
Bank Reconciliation
Use of Tally or Zoho books
Establish relations with Branch offices and associates to ensure that applications are
received in the required manner and time.
Quality check all applications received to ensure that they are filled correctly and full.
Dispatch all applications received to respective universities on the same day after quality
check
updating software.
Establish relationship with UK universities particularly with the application processing
department
and contacts.
Follow up with the university and work towards improving the application process
timing.
Get confirmation of all applications sent to universities in time.
Provide every university with a pending offer report every week.
Plan and execute systematic follow-ups to ensure a quick response to the applications.
Should be capable of assessing the quality and eligibility of the application to ensure that the right
application goes to the right university.
Streamline and maintain the process between the branches Universities and the
respective reply
from the university to the branches.
Should ensure that the management is aware of changes/updates in the application
process.
Use the internal software effectively
Deal with priority processing requests and ensure that necessary outcomes are derived in
required time.

Education/Experience

Qualifications and Experience Required
Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting Field.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience is essential
Skills Required
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Confidence and Presentation skills
Accounting skills
Interpersonal skills
Independent and self-motivated
Positive attitude
Data Analytical skills
Problem-solving skills
Financial Planning
Excellent typing skills with an average of 32 WPM
Knowledge in MS Office
Experience - 3 to 10 Years (Must Know Tally, BRS, GST Filing)
Good communication
Good Typing Skills
Immediate Joiner
Documents required for interview: Shortlisted candidates will be required to bring with them:

1. Original and one set of copies of Educational Qualification Certificates
2. One passport-size photograph
3. Latest salary statement from current or last employer and the latest IT returns/ bank
statement reflecting credit of earlier salaries
4. Advice referees listed in the CV that they will be contacted by phone, email, or letter for
reference.
