Ops Coordinator / Analyst
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- 3 years experience in ecommerce operations using a 3PL network
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- High sense of urgency and ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical
- Experience with order fulfillment process (pick/pack inventory management etc)
- Resultsoriented and process driven with high expectations of self and team
- Collaborative mindset with strength in receiving and communicating feedback
- Ability to flex work hours depending on business needs (tasks are time sensitive)
- Reporting to the COO this role works externally with ecommerce 3PL and technology partners and internally with our supply chain marketing and customer support teams
- Manage the fulfillment process for all ecommerce lines of business Shopify Amazon Faire etc.
- Monitor inventory across all platforms reflecting latest sales volume per channel
- Escalate inventory shortage risks to the Supply Chain team for reconciliation
- Monitor and resolve order and shipment exceptions within the company ERP (Fulfil.io)
- Executes daily Amazon Vendor and Seller Central reconciliation
- Supports the Celigo bucket process by downloading reports from NetSuite and 3PLs and running comparison formulas on reports to verify inventory needed for adjustment and orders pending fulfillment
- Partners closely with Inventory and Customer Service team on inventory findings to determine if order fulfillment is needed
- Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Operations department
- Maintain a dashboard of KPI metrics (e.g. on time shipments order pick accuracy and reshipments) and perform analyses to identify and manage risks and opportunities
- Distribute KPI results to 3PL and internal team on a monthly cadence
- Maintain master task list open action items requirements timeline owners and action steps needed to achieve business goals and objectives
- Recommend optimization projects that drive operational efficiencies and/or an enhanced consumer experience collaborating with functional leads in Operations Ecommerce Marketing/Consumer Experience and Quality Assurance
- Support communication with 3PL sites and internal stakeholders to review active projects consumer feedback trends sales promotions plan inventory levels/risks new item operational changes and KPI feedback on performance to ensure service level are met
- Improve D2C consumer experience by partnering with functional leads in Operations ECommerce Marketing/Consumer Experience and Quality Assurance to refine KPIs identify trends and implement corrective actions at 3PLs
- Facilitate test orders and setup of new Ecommerce items bundles LTOs etc. in collaboration with the new product development and packaging configuration teams leveraging Wrike (workflow management system)
Compensation Range: $6090k DOE
