They for an Office Administrator to join them for a period of 3 month with a view to going permanent for the right candidate. This role will be based in Gateshead.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday. (37.5 hrs)

The Main Duties of the Office Administrator:
- General administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner to deliver a world class service.
- Prepare and cross check all documentation relating to the movement of goods in order to meet customer service levels.
- Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered.
- Maintain a relevant and structured filing system to establish an organised department.
- Work in a safe and tidy manner
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies, working with invoices and receipts, coordinating with other departments.
- The submission of all customers related documentation, inbound and outbound.
- Working closely with the stock control team, goods in/goods out desk etc. to make sure all orders are fully fulfilled if stock is available on site.
- To lead the successful daily running of the office by contributing to & implementing improved performance
Skills & Experience required for the Office Administrator:
- Have attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft office.

- Good telephone manner.
