Position Details:

Troubleshooting equipment

Hardware & Software support (serverclient model)

Management and upgrades (updates) of EMR CRM & ERP systems

Monitoring schedules for preventive maintenance & service of ophthalmic equipment (ISO standards)

Support & maintenance of networks (LAN WAN VPN Internet protocols)

Support for operating systems (Windows OS Linux) & office applications (MS Office packs)

Administration of information systems databases and automated procedures

Oversight of resources and duty assignments

Backup mechanisms / GDPR compliance / ISO protocols monitoring

Desired Qualifications:

Graduate with a degree in computer science engineering or medical laboratories

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent knowledge of modern technologies and computer applications

Creativity & innovation
