Overview:
The Telephone Operator cum PA plays a vital role in managing and directing incoming calls as well as providing administrative support to the organizations management. This position requires exceptional telephone etiquette strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls proficiently
- Manage and maintain the phone system
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Manage and organize files and documents
- Assist in making travel arrangements
- Take and deliver accurate messages
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
