Scheduling Specialist

Required skills:

• Java and Web Technologies With Spring Frame work
  
• Technical Lead experience is preferred
  

Requirements:

• Experience in Java , J2EE With Struts & Spring Frame work.
  
• Over all experience in IT around 8 Years Plus and Native Japanese.
  
• Worked on enhancements/projects with experience in service delivery process in support projects.
  
• Exposure to ITIL Knowledge is nice to have.
  
• Responsible for executing projects, support tasks, executing activities based on project plan,
  
• Reporting status to stakeholders, managing change requests, communicating/coordinating with customers and offshore
  
• Responsible to deliver projects on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  
• Good in Business communication in bilingual Japanese s and in English
  
• Able to work in onsite offshore model
  
• Able to guide team members for application designing and trouble shooting.
  
• Should have experience in the Pharma domain/industry
  
• Experience in handling of troubles / inquiries, service requests, generating various reports, SLA
  
• Monitoring, ticket tools monitoring and necessary to follow ITIL compliant process.
  
• Good as a team player role in support projects with ownership on the tasks.
  
• Around 2 years of experience in Java scripts, shells and scheduling tool.
  
• Around 2 years of experience in PowerShell.
