Responsibilities:
Handling client queries/questions and providing solutions by coordinating with Internal teams.
Doing data entry in Excel/Google sheets and on other Internal Portals.
Providing operational support to different departments responding to inquiries resolving issues and coordinating activities as needed.
Carry out a range of assigned support duties ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all data administration requirements.
Required Skills:
Should have excellent Communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment Word and Excel.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of work.
Keen willingness to learn.
Strong Presentation skills.
Reliable able to work independently.
Should be able to handle work pressure.
Willingness to Travel.
