ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Bids & Solutions
- Be the “go to person” for development & implementation of complex B2B solutions across domains of Connectivity, ICT, Cloud & IoT
- Able to support OPCOs in designing services solutions, aligned with respective system and portfolio capabilities.
- Support OPCOs in bid participation, as and when required and support them with market intelligence as and when required.
- Coordinate with (multiple) OPCOs and Group teams, to lead and submit proposals as and when required, depending on nature of the bid.
- Actively participate and guide Techno commercial discussions per customer requirements
- Work closely with cross functional teams and partners to deliver solutions and services as per agreed timelines.
- Support customer POC testing and solution handover.
- Define and implement, post onboarding customer journey including support to manage subsequent service issues.
- Support capability building, especially Presales & Product teams
- Guide opcos during the business case modelling and approval stages
- Build seamless end to end customer experience processes including billing, service support, workflows etc.
2. Partnerships
- Identify potential partnership opportunities for B2B services across service domains including connectivity services, ICT, 5G and Cloud.
- Initiate, build, nurture and manage partnerships as per company led processes and guidelines.
- Have techno commercial understanding of critical product domains.
- Partnership governance ability – enable and manage periodic reviews covering performance against plans and partner support to OPCOs.
- Discuss and work closely with OPCOs on areas of potential partnership opportunities.
- Build and review Business cases and understand drivers and impact on resultant metrics.
