Job Description
Our client is looking for an inside sales/customer service representative.
Summary:
Inside Sales/customer support/business development
Winter Hours 8am 5pm, M-F, weekends off
Strong customer service skills
Detail oriented
Microsoft Office, Outlook
3+ yrs Building Materials experience(HVAC)
Great team environment
401k, Health Insurance benefits
Blue Print reading, Takeoffs, Estimating and CAD experience a Plus!
Salary will depend on experience.

Benefits
Health Insurance: Current Carrier is through MVP and available after 30 days of employment. Employee contribution 40% of monthly premium.
Life Insurance: 1 X employee base salary 100% employer paid.

Retirement: 401K Program (ING) after 1 full Year of Employment

Sick/Personal Days: 5 days per calendar year. Pro rate for your first year. You may not carry forward any unused sick/personal days.
Paid Holidays: 7 days per calendar year
Vacation:
1 week after 6 months of employment
2 weeks after one year of employment
3 weeks after 10 years of service
Bachelor s Degree preferred but not required No prior knowledge of doors and windows required. Client offers excellent paid training program. 2+ years related experience within an Outside Sales role Energetic, competitive, self-driven and passionate Ability to manage multiple-tasks and be able to prioritize responsibilities Send a confidential resume to be considered
