FullTime Onsite. US Citizen or GC only.





Job Summary: Territory Sales Executive

The Territory Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company s presence within the West Coast territory.


This company manufactures and sells hightech electronics/control devices/power systems for the defense and aerospace industry.


Their key responsibilities include:

1. Sales Strategy: The Territory Sales Executive designs and executes comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the region. Their focus is on maintaining existing business while actively pursuing profitable new opportunities.

2. Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with key accounts and potential clients is fundamental. By understanding client needs and fostering trust the Territory Sales Executive contributes to sustained success.

3. Performance Goals: The Territory Sales Executive actively contributes to achieving bookings targets. Their performance directly impacts the company s overall success.

4. Reporting Structure: The Territory Sales Executive reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing collaborating closely to drive results and enhance market presence.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Build WestCoast business by Identifying prospects and converting them into clients.
  2. Grow relationships by developing internal sponsors in target organizations.
  3. Develops regional sales strategy.
  4. Analyze market assist in marketing/pricing plans.
  5. Provide support to clients and b to the organization.
  6. ID new business product improvements new market opportunities etc.
  7. Provide sales reporting and analysis documentation.


Requirements

Basic Qualifications


1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in sales within the aerospace and defense sector.

2. Education: A bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited university or college.

3. Technical Knowledge: While not mandatory a technical degree is preferred.

4. Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

5. Language Skills: Possesses a strong command of English both in written and oral communication particularly in operational and legal contexts.

6. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical verbal and written skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and management at all levels.

7. Leadership: Exhibits strategic leadership abilities.

8. Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering compelling presentations.

9. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40% for business purposes.

10. Location: Able to work onsite in Buena Park CA (Northern Orange County).
