Job Description
Our client is one of the big car rental enterprises. In order to efficiently run the damage department we are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) with either Danish Swedish Norwegian or Finnish language skills.
What will I be doing as a customer service rep in the car rental damage departments Typical questions that arise are:
- I have been involved in an accident what shall I do
- Damage has been noted when will I be contacted
- What are the opening hours of the claims department
- I have an issue with my rental car whom do I have to contact
- Can I repair my rental vehicle
- Will I be charged any fees
The ideal candidate:
- service oriented
- courteous behavior
- PC literate
- can work shifts
- analytical
- hands on mentality
