ist in the creation and management of sales proposals, forecasts, discovery and pricing doentation
Maintain internal CRM system and ensure timely updates from all departments
Manage customer samples and application study process
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Project Management departments
Work with Design Engineering, Purchasing and Project Management Teams to provide technical and pricing proposal details to sales personnel
Work with internal cross functional partners (marketing, engineering, project management, service and supply chain) to ensure responsiveness to internal and external customer requests.
Process all new Sales Orders, manage all sales order related doentation and coordinate project kick-offs and formal hand off of a Project from Sales to Project Management for project .
Create reports and generate presentations for internal and external meetings
Additional clerical and administrative tasks, as required, including but not limited to preparing sales materials, contacting customers, preparing mailings and email blasts.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree preferred
Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in an Executive istant and/or Sales istant role for a Engineering or Manufacturing type organization
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Experience working with CRM / sales automation tools
Excellent organizational ss, such as time and project management, and prioritization
Strong written and verbal ss
Able to p a background check and drug test successfully
