Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Take daytoday ownership of an effective digital marketing plan to meet the companys strategic goals for growth. Devise and implement comprehensive strategies across SEO digital communications and PPC to drive traffic engagement and conversions.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor a Digital Marketing Apprentice specialising in SEO and a Digital Marketing Executive focused on digital communications. Work closely with the Ecommerce Sales Manager and PPC Manager to align strategies with revenue targets and optimise PPC campaigns and marketplace advertising.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance to refine strategies. Utilise insights to provide detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Conduct performance analysis to measure and enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Brand and Online Presence: Increase brand awareness and manage social media profiles and online branding activities. Drive traffic to the companys website converting traffic into leads and enhancing website visits and user engagement.
  • Content and SEO Management: Oversee content strategy and creation distributing engaging content across digital platforms. Manage SEO and SEM efforts to ensure high visibility and ranking in search engines.
  • Ecommerce Sales Performance: Own the daytoday ecommerce sales performance aligning with the companys goals for growth. Take charge of the pricing strategy and manage the daytoday operations of our ecommerce platform to optimise sales.
  • Market Analysis and Collaboration: Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure competitive innovative online product offerings and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Required Experience:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO PPC and digital communications. A minimum of 3 years in a digital marketing role is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in mentoring or managing team members particularly in guiding digital marketing apprentices or executives.
  • Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with experience in using digital analytics tools to monitor performance and make datadriven decisions.
  • Ecommerce Insight: Previous experience working with ecommerce platforms understanding the online customer journey and improving ecommerce sales performance.
  • Content Management: Skills in overseeing content strategy and creation with an ability to produce engaging content that attracts and retains customers.
  • SEO and SEM Proficiency: Indepth knowledge of SEO and SEM with a track record of managing successful SEO and SEM campaigns that enhance visibility and ranking in search engines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a history of working effectively with crossfunctional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
