Role
Job Overview: You will be a key member of the Healthcare Services and Technologies department working with a team to ensure that the company s services meet quality standards in the United States. You will also help monitor and regulate the efficiency of the department s services ensuring an optimal pace for all core and adhoc activities.
You will also be expected to work with other departments to meet customers requirements; Deal with complaints update medical protocols systems and healthcare strategies as well as provide reports about the efficacy of the company s current offers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain a monthly budget for the health services department.
Assure home health hospice and ancillary care providers communicate their visits and provide the necessary documentation of their visits.
Provide timely feedback and performance evaluation reviews with staff.
Participate in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed.
Assist with the training of aides in tasks required for a safe and compliant medication delivery system.
Profile Requirements
Fluency in English is a must; previous professional anglophone experience is a plus.
At least a bachelors degree in business or any relevant discipline is necessary.
At least 5 years of work experience as a medical and healthcare services director or a similar position.
Demonstrated strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
Experience in budget planning.
Fluency in HIPAA policies and procedures as well as clinical practices.
