Our business is focused on 3 areas:
- Recruiting Talent for Technical roles such as Quality Engineers Quality Managers Validation Engineers Csuite Quality and Operations roles.
- Providing Contract Technical resources to support client Quality Regulatory Operations Engineering and Supply Chain projects and initiatives that target Compliance Remediation Process Optimization and Harmonization.
- Consulting and Industry expertise for clients seeking talent or market intelligence industry knowhow and connections and referrals.

- Please note this position is based remotely but leverages Teams to drive engagement with team members and clients.
What You ll Do:
- Gain exposure to the Recruiting daytoday responsibilities including but not limited to creating and maintaining records in the ATS posting and monitoring roles on social media create candidate summaries for our clients screening resumes and candidates to match to client job descriptions and requirements.
- Source manage track and gather candidate intelligence using tech stack and social media.
- Identify candidates through cold calling referrals lead generation prospecting etc.
- Effectively nurture candidates through the screening and interview process including but not limited to learning to qualify applicants make candidate placements and develop relationships through practical learning.

Requirements
Experience & Skills You ll Need:
- Degree course work in Human Resources with an interest in Talent Acquisition
- Creative outgoing energetic person with a proven track record of achieving goals and being accountable.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication/ skills; ability to be on phone talking to candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problemsolving abilities
