Our esteemed law firm client is in search of a Trust & Estates Attorney with approximately 4 years of experience in this field to join their new office which boasts an exceptional view.

Responsibilities:
Estate Planning: Create customized estate plans including wills and trusts to meet client objectives.
Asset Protection: Advise clients on preserving and safeguarding assets while minimizing tax implications.
Trust Administration: Manage trust assets and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Probate Assistance: Guide clients through the probate process. Special needs probate experience is a plus
Tax Planning: Develop strategies to reduce estate and inheritance tax liabilities.
Legal Research: Stay current on California trust and estate laws.
Qualifications:
JD degree and California State Bar membership.
4 years of trust and estate planning experience.
Strong knowledge of California trust and estate laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Clientfocused and detailoriented.
In this role youll help clients secure their financial legacies ensuring their estate plans align with their goals and wishes. No litigation involved.
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: $130000.00 $190000.00 per year

Experience:
