Job Description
Square Peg Associates are working in Partnership with a business in Bury, who are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Caretaker. You will be required for routine site maintenance including general maintenance of the building, building security, painting of offices, removals/addition of office furniture and general DIY.
As a Caretaker / Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
General upkeep and maintenance of secure offices
Site maintenance, caretaking and cleaning
Joinery, Plumbing, Building, Painting and remedial works
Reporting on all works carried out and materials required for role
Benefits:
- 19,500 PA
- 1,000 Bonus potential based on monthly standards audits

- M-F 7A.M - 3:30PM
The role requires a person who is multi-skilled across the above disciplines to a good standard. The role is a very hands on role, that will include both indoor and outdoor building maintenance.
The successful Caretaker / Maintenance Technician will be required to work of their own initiative. They must be prepared to work at heights, such as on ladders to maintain site buildings.
