Job Description

Job Description:

  • Support and coordinate the daytoday operations of the company as a Support Coordinator.
  • Assist in payroll consulting activities and ensure smooth functioning of payroll processes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication with clients vendors and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll consulting.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest effective solutions for any challenges faced.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using computer software and systems related to payroll management.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience in payroll consulting or related field will be an advantage.
  • Experience with payroll software or HR systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations is beneficial.

Salary & Benefits:

  • The annual salary for this position is to be determined in Rand (R South Africa).
  • Other benefits such as medical insurance retirement plans and paid time off will be provided.
