Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique needs challenges and objectives.
- Design implement and optimize DevOps solutions tailored to customer requirements leveraging industry best practices and cuttingedge technologies.
- Provide handson technical guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation onboarding and ongoing support phases.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues troubleshoot system failures and optimize performance to ensure maximum reliability and uptime.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers offering strategic insights and recommendations to enhance their DevOps practices and achieve their business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through feedback loops customer insights and collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on customerfacing roles and customer success.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud as well as containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in configuration management tools such as Ansible Puppet or Chef and experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines version control systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels of technical expertise.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment and drive results in customerfocused initiatives.
