Job Description
Sr Software Quality Automation Engineer (Python)
Location Pune (Hybrid)
Experience 5 to 8 years
Must have
Experience in Python Automation Testing
Experience in SQL
Experience in Selenium
Job Responsibilities
Strong experience in QA Test UI and API Automation with Selenium webdriver (v3) and Request/RestAssured with programming experience in Python (Must have)
Ability to understand the holistic requirements review and analyze stories specifications and technical design documents and develop detailed test cases and test data to ensure business functionality is thoroughly tested Automation & Manual
Knowledge of automation frameworks in BDD Gherkin and Behave/Cucumber Pytest
Have experience in designing and building automation frameworks.
Experience in writing DB queries (preferably in postgres/ Snowflake/ MySQL/ RDS)
Knowledge of Devops concepts with Git Jenkins
Experienced in Performance testing using Jmeter/Loadrunner/Gatling or any other trendy tools
Experienced working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban
Ability to Lead a POD (Product Orient Delivery) Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases of the POD guide mentor and coordinate QA team members accordingly. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure business requirement completeness
Ability to understand the holistic requirements(functional and non functional) review and analyze stories specifications and technical design documents and develop detailed test cases and test data to ensure business functionality is thoroughly tested Automation & Manual
Expertise in designing and building automation frameworks scripting and execution maturity to consider crossfunctional feedback while designing.
Handson with test preparation scripting and execution in the Agile and DevOps environment
Ensure maximum feasible automation coverage after each sprint.
Preparation scripting review and update of test cases and relevant test data consistent with system requirements including functional integration & regression
