Job Description

In this role youll be the cornerstone of Internal Quality Assurance for our apprenticeship programmes ranging from Level 2 to Level 5. Whether youre a pro at quality processes or eager to upskill this could be your calling. We cover areas like Culinary Hospitality Management and Leadership Events & Sales Human Resources and Functional Skills in Maths and English.

Reporting directly to the Head of Quality & Operations within our Quality and Operations Department your responsibilities will include:

Upholding the quality of teaching and learning aligning with our strategic goals awarding bodies Ofsted standards and more.
Acting as a quality champion aiding in the development and execution of the quality improvement plan and gathering evidence for stellar inspection results.
Offering expert advice on quality in teaching and learning with potential involvement in Safeguarding initiatives.
Establishing effective communication channels to ensure the highquality delivery of our apprenticeship programmes.
Accurately documenting all quality assurance activities and making smart use of available systems.
Analysing data to identify improvement opportunities and implement quality initiatives.
Ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students particularly those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Do you have what it takes

Relevant qualifications such as PGCE TAQA CAVA CTTLs with IQA / Internal Verification being a bonus.
Solid foundation in English and Maths (GCSE AC Level 2 Functional Skills or readiness to achieve these).
Demonstrable success in a quality assurance role with a firm understanding of Ofsted requirements.
Exceptional planning adaptability and communication skills alongside a proven ability to meet deadlines and train staff.
Offer Details:

This is a fulltime hybrid role primarily homebased with occasional travel to London for meetings and learner visits.
Proximity to London Southeast or Chatham is preferred.
