Looking for an experienced CSR for a medical technology company.
Location: Irvine
Schedule: MF 7am4pm
Pay: 21/hr
Hybrid
Duration: 6months
Responsibilities:
Place and monitor orders (e.g returns billing adjustments recalls assignments) for external and internal customers (e.g Inside Sales Representatives Marketing) and communicate as needed to ensure high customer satisfaction
Resolve basic customer service activities including investigating and performing root cause analysis under direction and supervision
Assist as needed with customer mapping to territory architecture and run data testing as needed.
Generate reports for Sales Operations management
Responsible for field corrective action notifications reminders and following up on execution of acknowledgement form.
Responsible for phone interactions with customer through the product alert hotline using Cisco phone system
Other duties may be assigned by leadership
Additional Skills:
Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite strong Excel skills
Good computer knowledge in ERP application (e.g JDE)
Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
Excellent problemsolving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Strict attention to detail
