The role of Client Engagement Manager centers around the sale of IFZA licenses and products and the building of solid relationships with Professional Partners and Clients, built on transparency and trust. Candidate is required to liaise with sales support, operations team, finance department and corporate trainers to ensure clients are fully informed of our products and services and the status of their applications. In addition, this role requires to source and generate new leads in order to meet sales targets.
- Driving and monitoring sales through Professional Partners to meet sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships in B2B, B2C, or International segments where required
- Effectively managing client expectations particularly in situations where applications prove to be problematic, rejected, or delayed
- Generating and implementing business development strategies to secure new sales opportunities and professional partnerships
- Organizing and attending regular meetings with new and existing Professional Partners and Clients
- Engaging in all CRM activities, staying abreast of its features in order to utilize and maximize system benefits
- Undertaking training and development activities when required
- Ability to generate reports as and when required
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in related disciplines OR the equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience in sales and client engagement
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs
- Full English proficiency is required
- Additional spoken languages are a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette
- Valid driver s license and car
