What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of expertise in cold and hot stamping dies, covering both corrective and preventive maintenance
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong people management skills complemented by excellent communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of formability
- Proficient in motivating teams in high-pressure situations and creating individualized development plans
- Experience with Stainless Steel is a plus
- Proven project management skills
