Job Description
Supervising check-in and check-out procedures including reservations and financial transactions.
Instantly accommodate guest requests such as in-room dining.
Ensure that guests with special needs receive appropriate services
Coordinate and manage communications between guests and staff and follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Supervise informing customers of hotel services including breakfast and dining options.
Publicize and promote all hotel amenities and programs offered.
Manage guest relations team including receptionists and concierges to ensure all operating standards and procedures are adhered to.
