Job Description
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Kingwood is seeking experienced dedicated and driven Physical Therapists to join our team of professionals in our new Kingwood location in both Full & PartTime roles. We are cultivating a team of likeminded individuals who will bring their unique strengths and experience together to form a collective bridging the gap between patients and quality compassionate care. Our independent locallyowned practice will be opening this Spring and we need knowledgeable and supportive Physical Therapists to help us create an environment ideal for clients as well as staff. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Perform newpatient evaluations/exams
- Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
- Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
- Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
- Examine and evaluate new patients
- Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
- Establish a plan goal and time frame
- Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness
- Educate the patient on continuing care
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Accredited PT program graduate
- Current Texas state PT license
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must be selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and use all physical therapy modalities
- 1 year(s) of experience preferred but we happily work with new graduates
- Team player who can work in harmony with others
