Your missions
As Wealth Structuring Analyst you will :
- Conduct meticulous due diligence for the successful integration of new private market investments into the insurance portfolio. This process extends from the initial assessment to the final incorporation of target assets within the investment structure.
- Understand and analyse of standard private equity deal documentation and agreements are imperative for this role. Proficiency in navigating and interpreting these documents is crucial to ensure informed decisionmaking.
- Enhance scrutiny of the valuation of newly acquired unquoted investments is a key aspect of the role. Furthermore a nuanced understanding of all pertinent risk factors associated with these investments within the broader insurance policy is essential to safeguard the overall portfolio.
- Close supervision and coordination are required for any restructuring or corporate actions involving existing positions in unquoted assets. This proactive approach ensures adaptability to market dynamics and maintains the integrity of the investment portfolio.
- Responsability ofensuring the proper filing of meticulously collected and analyzed documentation and evidence. This organized approach facilitates transparency and accountability in the decisionmaking process.
Your ideal profile
- Master (Bac 4) in finance corporate law or business administration
- Over three years of expertise in the administration of Private Equity funds either within a Bank Private Equity desk focused on unlisted companies and private equity funds or through audit experience specifically in the realm of PE funds and unquoted companies with additional proficiency in tax structuring.
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry regulatory requirements would be a plus
- Strong capabilities in risk assessment analysing financial reports M&A and corporate finance agreements
- English Speaker with fluency in a Nordic language such as Swedish and / or Finnish would be considered as an asset
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
