• Assisting students in filling out college applications preparing for entrance exams and completing financial aid paperwork.
• Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
• Collaborating with teachers administrators and parents to address students academic and personal challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Staying uptodate with the latest trends in education scholarships and career opportunities.

• A bachelors or masters degree in education counseling psychology or a related field.
• Previous experience in academic counseling or a similar role preferably in an educational institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and their parents.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with students concerns and challenges.
• Knowledge of different academic and career options entrance exams and admission processes.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple students and their individual needs.
