Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a dual role as Automotive Sales Manager and Sales Consultant. This position involves leading our sales team to achieve revenue targets and directly assisting customers in purchasing vehicles while ensuring outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring exceptional customer service.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure a wellstocked showroom.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to evaluate team and individual performance.
Provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in automotive sales with a minimum of 1
years in a management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Passion for automobiles and a good understanding of vehicle features and specifications.
