Supported by Indias most respected science agencies (DST BIRAC DBT) we have successfully launched a portfolio of genomicsbased diagnostic solutions for infectious diseases. Our groundbreaking solution for Tuberculosis has been recognized as one of the top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past decade and was even launched by the Prime Minister of India.

Role and Responsibilities:

Sell products and services to potential hospitals and labs in critical care by visiting medical professionals and understanding their needs.
Drive the expansion of our products in new geographies by overcoming constraints and building relationships with key opinion leaders and business partners.
Reach out to prospective clients through personal outreach or provided details/links.
Attend training workshops and conferences to stay updated with industry standards and developments.
Own the sales target and collaborate with partner healthcare institutions to plan and achieve it.
Analyze competitors performance to safeguard and promote our market position.
Study and maintain expert knowledge of each product to effectively communicate with clients.
Drive product activation and adoption at prospective healthcare institutions after partnership.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns monitor their effectiveness and measure ROI.
Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience.
Work with the sales team of partner hospitals to generate leads and convert them into customers.
Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and collaborate with external vendors.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends tools and techniques.
Regularly evaluate performance and meet sales targets.
Maintain records of sales and client outreach activities.

Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field.
7 years of experience in healthcare product sales and marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with marketing tools and techniques.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel when needed.
Strong connections with top clinicians labs and hospitals in the region.
