Motion is a leading coaching institute in Kota preparing thousands of students for NEET IIT JEE (MA) Olympiads Boards KVPY. Each month over 1 million users access Motion Learning App. Its YouTube channel gets 5 million views the highest in the EdTech segment for any educational company in India.
Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our telecalling team. The main responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets
- Motivating and guiding the team to maximize productivity and performance
- Monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance
- Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills
- Implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have:
- Prior experience in leading a tele sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
