Role and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information filter validate and interpret dynamic material.
- Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments risks issues and changes associated with product development initiatives.
- Lead and motivate crossfunctional teams and interact with all levels.
- Analyze plan develop requirements documents build functional models develop procedures develop functional architectures and perform other related management and technical duties.
- Assign and monitor work of technical personnel ensuring that project steps are aligned with business objectives completed on time and within budget.
- Define project scope deliverables roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.
- Design and implement processes to monitor and control resources budget risks and value to Business Objectives.
- Establish plan and execute major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle.
- Evaluate technological choices and make appropriate decisions for the organization with an understanding of cost/benefit and future implications.
- Understand and manage cloud computing technologies from top service providers like AWS Azure and Google.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with a diverse group.
- Manage and track team velocity financials and other KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress reports.
- Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards.
- Resolve conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decisionmaking competencies.
- Perform complex program management tasks and develop standards and processes for scheduling administration and accounting.
- Understand track and articulate issues risks and action items; work with responsible owners to address them in a timely manner and update stakeholders as needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 67 years of Technical Project Management experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes artifacts and tools.
- A track record as a coach mentor and developer of talent.
- Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
- Handson Experience in cloud technologies (AWS / AZURE).
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot cloud server issues / errors.
- DevOps knowledge on Unix server is an added advantage.
- Handson Experience in Project Management tools like JIRA Asana or Trello.
- An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints.
- Excellent judgment analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign/improvement.
- Experience working with quality management approaches techniques and principles to ensure quality.
- Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering highquality work.
