Sr ManagerManager -Power Evacuation

• Oversee transmission line infrastructure at various voltage levels (33kV 66kV 110kV 132kV 220kV 400kV).
• Identify risks in evacuation infrastructure and substation works.
• Have technical understanding of protection equipment including switchgear protection logic.
• Conduct technical analysis and due diligence for procurement of equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and knowledge of other OEMs.
• Understand transmission network and grid parameters.
• Familiarity with Indian Electricity Rules and statutory requirements related to grid.
• Perform testing commissioning preventive and predictive maintenance and conditional monitoring.
• Knowledge of substation automation SCADA (SAS).
• Conduct field investigations and site visits as required.
• Handle government permits and approval process.
• Resolve rightofway (ROW) issues at site.
• Oversee the design process ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and minimizing financial risks.
• Ensure synergy among project team members resolve conflicts and steer the team towards achieving business targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and drive new initiatives to reduce costs.
• Evaluate technical capabilities of vendors and contractors.
• Prepare preconstruction assessment and formulate construction concepts for solar and wind projects.
