We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate you will be responsible for creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture set clear team goals delegate tasks and set deadlines oversee daytoday operations monitor team performance and report on metrics identify training needs and provide coaching listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts recognize high performance and reward accomplishments encourage creativity and risktaking build strategies to ensure enrollment targets are met share projections with senior management and suggest and organize teambuilding activities with individual targets.

To be successful in this role you should have a bachelors degree in business administration or a related field. Previous experience in business development or a similar role is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
