We are Hiring for Manager Fintech Engagement with our leading client for Dubai (Onsite) location.
Job Title: Manager Fintech Engagement
Location: Dubai (Onsite)
Experience Level: 8 years

Job Purpose:
The specific role is to work closely with the Head of Fintech Engagement and the Head of Group Digital Partnerships to manage the delivery of Fintech Engagements liaise with various internal and external teams (business IT Fintechs Regulators) conducting post implementation value analysis and producing & analyzing fintech research reports.
Job Content:
1. Supporting development and execution of Fintech engagement strategy to sustain and enhance value creation that is being unbundled by startups today
2. Delivery of POVs identified as part of the Fintech Engagement backlog
3. An effective communication plan
Person Specifications:
A. Education:
Understand different innovation models methodology and approaches to generate the next best business idea
Bachelors / Master s in Business Management or Engineering or Innovation preferred
B. Experiences:
45 years in leading enterprises driving their Fintech engagement / Innovation agenda
C. Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding of the latest technology and business trends in the Fintech space
Understanding the trends in the insurance and regulatory business
Strong leadership qualities and a peoples person managing their passion continuously motivating and empowering them to come forward and develop out of the box thinking.
