HRBP

About the Company:
We are a USbased wellfunded HealthTech startup built out of analysis to modernize
healthcare and wellness currently penetrating our roots in the US & Canadian markets. At LYBL
we aim to create a onestop shop for all wellness needs of an individual and provide affordable
& accessible integrative medicine for everyone.
Experience required: 1 2 years
Job Location: Noida
Notice Period Immediate Joining Required
Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and Exit Processes:
Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires ensuring a positive experience from
day one.
Conduct exit interviews analyze feedback and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to
implement improvements.
2. Recruitment:
Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and
selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of
positions.
3. Employee Engagement:
Implement and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work
environment.
Conduct regular surveys analyze results and propose action plans to enhance employee
satisfaction and morale.
4. Performance Management:
Work closely with managers to facilitate performance management processes including goal
setting feedback and performance reviews.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
5. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters addressing concerns and conflicts in
a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and
company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
12 years of experience in HR roles preferably as an HRBP.
Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding recruitment employee
engagement and performance management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
