We are continuing to expand our production facility and are adding a contract to hire 1st and 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Technicians. The right candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience with Industrial electrical controls and have at least 2 years of experience in PLC I/O and controls troubleshooting and repair also a few years of experience with industrial maintenance.
An understanding of electrical control circuits and load circuit troubleshooting is a must and one must be proficient in using the appropriate hand and power tools to repair complex equipment. Knowledge of PLC equipment programs and ladder logic schematics is required.
The role: The maintenance technician will perform tasks including electromechanical troubleshooting and repairs which include; control circuits sensors PLC I/O motors gearboxes and hydraulics/pumps. Dismantle and rebuild machines that contain rollers bearings and other mechanical mechanisms. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance as well as fabrication and troubleshooting to support a fastmoving production line. In addition perform preventive and predictive maintenance supporting the facility equipment.
