Business Development Manager will oversee of entire Business Development activities in order to meet the organizational business plan and developmental activities.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating overall strategy to meet business plan of the organization and establishing required policies required.
- Prepare annual and micro level sales plan as per the management requirement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing product development and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth implement plans to increase the profitability of company products and services.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Provide feedback and make recommendations that increase the success of marketing efforts and the effectiveness of current marketing strategies at reaching target
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Able to coordinate and modify sales plan as per the requirement and feasibility.
- Build and maintain strong long lasting client relationships.
Requirements And Skills
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning budgeting and expense reporting
- Strong analytical ability
- Understanding of business acumen
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of technical applications related to sales functions.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
5 to 10 years of proven experience in business development or sales preferably in industry sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
