Role and Responsibilities:As a Senior Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company.
- Procuring new clients through market research and analysis.
- Generating new business by driving sales to new and existing clients.
- Suggesting upgrades or additional products and services to clients.
- Creating business proposals and contracts to increase revenue.
- Assisting with drafting business plans sales pitches presentations and other relevant documents.
- Negotiating with clients to secure favorable prices.
- Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Staying updated with consumption trends to ensure the relevance of our offerings.
In addition you will be responsible for building capacity in the staff through regular training and mentorship.
Candidate Qualifications:To excel in this role you should possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development particularly in the IT industry and international software service sales.
- Proven ability to identify potential market segments and generate strong leads.
- Proficiency in outbound sales knowledge.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
