Role and Responsibilities
- Identify the upskilling needs of prospective students based on their areas of interest to generate a pool of prospects.
- Assist prospective students by providing detailed program information over the phone and establishing a strong pipeline.
- Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets emphasizing the importance of career navigation.
- Utilize active listening skills to match candidate needs with future career opportunities.
