No matter the size of the operations, they provide practical advice so the team can deliver safe and quality work, on schedule. They are seeking a HSE Advisor to cover relief periods, onsite in the Pilbara, Western Australia.
Our client is working with a large iron ore organisation who will require the HSE Advisor to cover relief periods on site, 12 hour days, and accommodated in mine site village. The first relief period is from the 28th of March to the 6th of April.
This is the perfect opportunity for an entry level candidate to commence their career in the mining industry.

- Experience working in an operational health and safety role, coupled with a passion for, and sound knowledge of health, safety and environment
- Strong engaging and influencing skills, with the ability to coach leaders and to think strategically
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities supporting multiple stakeholder groups with strong problem solving skills
- Computer skills including experience using reporting tools and Microsoft office suite
- Shown ability to manage data and information sensitively and confidentially
- Experience in assessing and interpreting data into manageable and relatable reports
- Adaptability and flexibility
Requirements:
- Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety
- Drug and Alcohol Testing qualification
- Police clearance within 12 months
- Current C class manual drivers licence
Candidate must be able to pass a stringent full pre-employment medical and laboratory drug and alcohol screening.
