Job Specific Knowledge
- Conduct Thorough Business Process Analysis: Perform detailed business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, focusing on uncovering underlying issues that hinder performance.
- As-Is Process Analysis: Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within current workflows.
- To-Be Process Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and design future-state processes that align with the project objectives and organizational goals, ensuring a strategic approach to process redesign.
- Document and Communicate Proposed Changes: Clearly document and communicate proposed changes, ensuring that there is a shared understanding among project teams regarding the intended modifications.
- Bridge Between Business Stakeholders and Technical Teams: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding to bridge the gap between business needs & technical solutions.
