Job Description

Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization through identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and the decisionmakers within the client organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure longterm success.
  • Implement strategic approaches to expand the companys customer base.
  • Generate leads and efficiently convert them into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events to promote the companys services.
  • Negotiate and close deals following company guidelines.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through prospecting qualifying and closing sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
