We are looking for a Business Development Executive for our Lead Qualification team who can be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls and can track maintain and update leads for Betterhalf.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Calling existing and potential clients to understand their requirements and explain our offerings.
- Accurately recording details of client s needs & requirements.
- Generating promising leads and potential leads.
- Managing client accounts by ensuring that existing clients remain satisfied with company services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to client rejections.
- Developing indepth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
