Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and proactive Female Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to manage the daytoday operations of our Director who is also a full time mother.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication organization and efficiency enabling our Director to focus on strategic initiatives and business development.
Location
You will be provided a dedicated workspace at the Director s home office with all devices to enable you to do your role. Occasionally you will be required to accompany the director to the HQ for meetings or any other requirements etc.
Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Directors schedule coordinate appointments meetings and travel arrangements.

  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders handling correspondence and inquiries.

  • Office Management: Maintain a wellorganized and efficient office space including managing supplies coordinating meetings and handling administrative tasks.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics accommodations and itineraries for business trips ensuring a smooth and stressfree experience.

  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate and uptodate records files and documentation to support the Directors activities.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events meetings and conferences.
  • Task Prioritization: Identify and prioritize tasks ensuring that important matters are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
What do you require to succeed in this role
  • Proven ability to draft articulate and polished communications proficient in transcription and adept at producing highquality documents with speed and accuracy.
  • Adept at managing correspondence and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information.
Technical Skills Required
  • Proficient in MS Office & Desktop Publishing Applications
  • We use a range of software for operational efficiency. Hence your tech savviness will help you significantly in this role
Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
