Role and Responsibilities:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing business development strategies aligned with the organizations objectives. They will conduct periodic reviews of the sales plan and strategy with key stakeholders stay updated on the organizations product line competitors and new developments arrange business development meetings with existing and new customers conduct thorough research to identify new markets and maintain records of sales revenue and sales. Additionally they will maintain cordial relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
Candidate Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 5 years of experience in business development. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
