Design Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and objectives
• Create innovative and visually appealing design concepts graphics and layouts
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion and quality output
• Utilize industrystandard software such as Adobe Creative Suite to develop and refine design assets
• Present and pitch design concepts to stakeholders incorporating feedback to enhance the final deliverables
• Stay updated on design trends and techniques integrating best practices into your work
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and design standards
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute specialized design projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing and branding initiatives
• Ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and overall design objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Proven professional experience in a similar design role
• Demonstrated portfolio of successful design projects showcasing versatility and originality
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Experience working within brand guidelines and utilizing design templates
• Detailoriented approach with a focus on precision and accuracy in design execution
• Strong conceptual and brainstorming abilities to generate creative ideas
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Understanding of web design principles and experience with UI/UX concepts is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types
