Senior Salesforce Developer

• Lead the design development and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders analysts and other developers to gather and understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement custom objects fields workflows process builder flows triggers and Visualforce/Apex code to extend Salesforce capabilities.
• Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs middleware and thirdparty tools.
• Architect solutions that promote scalability maintainability and code reusability in a dynamic and evolving Salesforce environment.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of handson experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in customization configuration and integration.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and SOQL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components Lightning Flow and Salesforce DX is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model security model and sharing settings.
• Proven ability to architect and design complex Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST SOAP and middleware platforms.
• Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I/II App Builder or related certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
